We are trying to find our new "normal" around here. Life goes on...but we are forever changed. For that, I am so very thankful. It means we have 2 children, William has a sister and we are a family of 4.
I was reminded this morning in the Word that we plan our path, but God determines our steps. That's powerful, humbling and comforting. His mercies are new every morning and He gives joy in the midst of the most painful moments.
One of the biggest joys we've been given comes in a 27 pound bundle of energy. The package has tons of scratches and bruises, but the inside is the sweetest, rowdiest brown eyed beauty. Yes, he's a beauty to this momma!
He's growing up...fast. He will sit and run trains along the train track. He will push cars and trucks down the hallway, accompanied by the funniest "vroom" sound. He drives Molly and Grey nuts and thinks it's hilarious to chase them. He has mastered the art of moving his Mickey Train at top speeds and in tight spaces, he knows which remote and button controls the tv and loves to hide...especially when he has gotten into something that involves a "no no." He keeps us laughing, smiling, running and of course scratching our head as on how to parent this little dynamite!
Right now it's nap time, and I hear a truck roaring and a Buzz Lightyear spitting his infamous phrases...
I'm a tired momma. I am a thankful momma.
I will let the pictures tell the rest...while I go take care of "nap time."
Blowing Henley kisses...

Such cute pictures! Love William and his daddy in bed!
