Sweet Kicks!

I can't tell you how much I love feeling Henley kick...

I wait patiently throughout the day for her to wake up and start her dancing! She may be little, but boy she can pack a punch! I have recently started seeing my tummy move with her and it is pure bliss! It is also an answered prayer because I know it means she is growing. It may not be much...but it's enough for us, and perfectly aligned with His plan for her!

Just a little update on our sweet girl...
I don't really think much has changed since my last post. We went to Dr. Waller last week and she had a strong heart beat. We were able to talk over some concerns/fears with him and got so many questions answered! We prayed we would have some clarity and peace that morning on our way and we definitely left feeling as if God graciously answered our prayers in a matter of hours. My WONDERFUL doctor scheduled us to meet with the neonatologist at Baptist East and she was incredible! Patience, compassion and love just flowed from her heart and definitely left Bryant and I comforted and at ease. She asked to pray for us before we left and to know your doctor has hope in the Great Physician more than modern medicine, leaves us more than encouraged!

We have made the decision to deliver in Montgomery and have such a peace about our choice. We have an amazing group of doctors surrounding us, and also the incredible support of family and friends that are so very close to Montgomery. We do still have somethings to consider, but know God can and will work out all the details leading up to Henley's birthday!

We have started preparing for her life and getting things ready to welcome her. We know that if we are praying for healing, we have to prepare for healing. Our little girl is a fighter...every movement and every kick tells me that, so we will fight for her and with her as long as we are allowed!

I go back to Dr. Waller next Tuesday, for my sugar test and ultrasound. We are so excited to get to see our little girl's sweet cheeks again!

Thank you for your prayers, we are so grateful for them and the encouragement so many of you have given us. To see the body of Christ come together is something that we will forever be in awe of! There is nothing in Bryant or myself that can face this each day or have the strength to endure these trials, EXCEPT Christ. Please know that we are not special nor are we strong, but we serve an incredible Savior who graciously allows us to see Him at work through our suffering. In our weakness, HIS power is made perfect!

Henley's 1st trip to the beach!
